Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of sales plan, strategies, objectives, budgets, policies and procedures that confirm to company strategy and objectives.
- Research and propose action plan to achieve sales volume
- Break down sales target into quarter, month, week
- Analyses results of quarter and month
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly report to nationwide sales manager the development of Subscribers.
- Research and analyze competitive offers in market
- Set up sales target for each region
- Developing and maintaining good relationship with key customers.
- Design customer care program for key account corporate subscribers.
- To plan market activity visits itinerary and submit market reports in a timely manner.
- Collecting report from regional sales corporate executive
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sales field
- Familiar with B2B customers
- High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
- Having experience in Telecommunication and sales team management is a priority
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
